This background provided him with a deep understanding of the manufactured housing asset class and its unique investment dynamics. He subsequently transitioned into brokerage, where he has closed over $200 million in transactions across manufactured housing communities, RV resorts, land, and related assets nationally, with a focus in California. In addition to his brokerage work, Tim is an active owner of manufactured housing communities, bringing a principal’s perspective to every transaction. His experience across acquisitions, ownership, and brokerage allows him to deliver thoughtful, strategic guidance aligned with his clients’ objectives.
