Avine Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful sale of Sierra Springs Village & Desert Rose Estates, an institutional-quality manufactured housing community portfolio totaling 238 sites across Southern California.

The portfolio traded as a single transaction and included Sierra Springs Village, a 148-site community in Van Nuys, which sold for $22,050,000, and Desert Rose Estates, a 90-site community in Rosamond, which sold for $10,150,000.

Tim Ryan of Avine Real Estate represented the buyer, Augusta Communities, in the acquisition, which formed part of Augusta’s larger nine-community acquisition in California with a combined purchase price of $94,450,000. Sierra Springs Village and Desert Rose Estates sourced off-market by Tim Ryan through a long-standing relationship with the seller.
