We received a mobilehome park as part of a court settlement. I had spoken to Ryan when we were going through the court process to see what the property may be worth down the road and what we could do to make it worth more. A few weeks after we received the property, Ryan contacted me and asked if we would be interested in selling it as he had a potential buyer. The first buyer fell through but Ryan had a backup buyer and the property was closed within a short time. Everything went very smoothly.
