Tim Ryan began his career in real estate working with a large California-based homebuilder and agricultural operator in the Central Valley, where he developed a strong foundation in land development and agricultural operations. He later joined a commercial real estate private equity firm focused on manufactured housing communities and RV resorts, where he was involved in over $600 million in transactions and contributed to the firm’s growth into one of the nation’s leading owner-operators. This background provided him with a deep understanding of the manufactured housing asset class and its unique investment dynamics.

He subsequently transitioned into brokerage, where he has closed over $200 million in transactions across manufactured housing communities, RV resorts, land, and related assets nationally, with a focus in California. In addition to his brokerage work, Tim is an active owner of manufactured housing communities, bringing a principal’s perspective to every transaction. His experience across acquisitions, ownership, and brokerage allows him to deliver thoughtful, strategic guidance aligned with his clients’ objectives.

Tim is a graduate of Colorado State University, where his experience as a student-athlete instilled the discipline, collaboration, and resilience that drive his commitment to long-term relationships and exceptional client service.
