Tim Ryan’s career in real estate began with one of California’s largest single-family home developers and agricultural operators in the Central Valley, where he gained valuable experience in land development and the agriculture business. He later joined Treehouse Communities (now Roots Management), a commercial real estate private equity firm specializing in manufactured housing and RV resort acquisitions. During his tenure, he was actively involved in over $600 million in acquisitions, contributing to the firm’s rapid rise as one of the nation’s largest owner/operators. This experience provided Tim with a deep understanding of the manufactured housing asset class and its unique investment dynamics.

He later transitioned into brokerage with CRI Real Estate, based in Costa Mesa, CA, where he successfully closed over $115 million in transactions spanning manufactured housing communities, land, and multifamily assets throughout California. His combined background in acquisitions and brokerage gives him a distinct advantage in delivering strategic, results-driven solutions tailored to his clients' goals.

Tim is a graduate of Colorado State University, where his experience as a student-athlete fostered a foundation of discipline, collaboration, and perseverance that continues to shape his professional approach.
