Kevin is Head of Lending at Avine, focusing on MHC and RV park loans in the Western United States. Kevin manages all aspects of the loan process, from lender selection through loan closing. Kevin aims to leverage his past experiences, combined with the strength of Avine’s platform, to provide clients with a best-in-class debt advisory experience.

Kevin started his career in institutional lending, working at PGIM Real Estate Finance (Prudential) in their Agency lending group. While at PGIM, Kevin served as lead analyst/associate on over 100 transactions, with deal volume on those transactions in excess of $1B. Kevin worked on a team with an emphasis on MHC financing, providing Kevin with a deep understanding of how the Agencies underwrite and structure MHC transactions.

Kevin left PGIM in 2021 to work at Thomsen Properties, an owner/operator of MHCs and RV parks throughout California. At Thomsen Properties, Kevin leads acquisitions, financing, and portfolio strategy for the Thomsen Properties portfolio. In this role, Kevin has gained significant experience transacting with both institutional and sub-institutional MHC/RV lenders.

Kevin graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and currently resides in San Clemente, CA.
