Jason Lippe is a real estate expert with ten years of professional experience spanning brokerage, debt and equity placement, principal side investments, and more. He has worked across all major real estate property types, and has focused specifically on manufactured housing for the most recent half of his career. 

 Jason started his career in institutional capital markets at HFF Securities which was acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). From there he transitioned to work in acquisitions with Entrada Partners where he focused on value-add investments in Texas and Southern California using private equity. Most recently prior to joining AVINE, Jason worked in various capacities with Wholesale Manufactured Homes, one of the largest new manufactured home dealers in California. 

 Jason blends his vast knowledge of commercial real estate finance with a deep understanding of the manufactured housing industry to deliver tailored solutions to clients. He operates with a service-oriented mindset and takes great joy in seeing his clients achieve their desired outcomes. 

Jason graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in economics and currently resides in San Diego, CA where he enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family.
